Zenterio, a leading TV technology and services provider, has appointed Steven Moodie as CFO effective from September 30, 2016. To Zenterio, Steven Moodie brings an extensive international experience within finance from Ericsson and most recently NGA Human Resources.
Stockholm 29 September 2016 – Steven Moodie joins Zenterio at a very exciting period. Zenterio recently presented a strong half-year report, where the company for the first time closed an EBITDA positive quarter, and has secured its biggest win to date in the Latin American market when the agreement with Megacable, Mexico’s largest MSO, was signed. In addition, the company has reviewed its corporate structure, resulting in the formation of a service company, Zenterio Services, as well as the sale of its testing and quality assurance company Labatus to Eurofins Scientific.
– We are very pleased that Steven Moodie has agreed to join Zenterio. His extensive international experience in combination with his leadership skills and business track record will make him a key player in our transition into a well-established global company. As I have had the opportunity to work with Steven before I know that he will be able to contribute significantly to our continued success, says Jorgen Nilsson, CEO of Zenterio.
Steven Moodie formally takes over from Mattias Arnelund, who has decided to pursue new challenges, on September 30. In addition to his CFO duties, which includes securing the rights issue of approximately SEK 50 million that is planned for the second half of the year, Steven will focus on strengthening and developing our internal processes. Steven Moodie will share his time between Zenterio’s Stockholm and Linköping offices.
Steven Moodie joins Zenterio from NGA Human Resources, a HR services outsourcing company owned by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR), where he was the global CFO for their £300m turnover Enterprise Division. For the majority of his career prior to NGA Human Resources he has worked for Ericsson, where he has held a number of senior finance roles in the UK, China and Indonesia. During his last 3.5 years at Ericsson he held the CFO role for Region India. Steven is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and holds a MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland.
