In order to do that we provide an independent OS for interactive TV aimed at creating an industry standard. We also offers an intuitive multiscreen UI, a powerful Data Analytics solution, Consulting Services and additional Value Added Services to TV operators. We partner with global system integrators, set-top box suppliers, CA/DRM providers, chip-set manufacturers and services providers.
We have offices in Linköping, Atlanta, Dublin and London and we are owned by private investors and private equity firm Scope. The Chairman of the Board is former Nokia CEO Mr. Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo and the CEO is former Ericsson executive Mr. Jorgen Nilsson.

A Brief Company History
Zenterio was founded as a part of the Nokia Home Communications division, to develop software for their set-top boxes.1996
The former Nokia CTO and the software R&D team took Zenterio private.2002
We worked as independent consultants and continued to develop our software for digital TV with a focus on hardware independency.2003-2009
We changed focus, becoming a product-based company and began to rollout licenses. Our first deal with a system integrator was also signed during this time.2010 - 2011
Our first launch with a global system integrator was performed, and we partnered with major set-top box manufacturers.2012
The company made a breakthrough deal with TCC and expanded to Latin America.2013
Our software was launched in three European markets, all part of the Deutsche Telekom Group. We also acquired the 27M Group and partnered with Vestel to deliver set-top boxes for the African market.2014
We continue the Deutsche Telekom roll-out with Germany, Croatia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Greece. We launch Smartbox II for RiksTV in Norway and we acquire VTilt and part of data analytics and ad-tech company Adscribe.2015
We continue our Deutsche Telekom project and add Megacable, Mexico’s largest MSO, to our list of customers. We also acquire the remaining 75% of Adscribe.2016
