Management

The management team has a wide variety of expertise from leading positions at Sony Ericsson, Nokia, NGA Human Resources and Pirelli Broadband.

Jörgen Nilsson

Chief Executive Officer

Mr Nilsson has more than 30 years’ experience from senior executive roles within the telecoms and IT industry with leading companies including Ericsson, Hewlett Packard and Acision. At Ericsson he worked for over 10 years as the executive vice president and general manager of Vodafone’s Global Customer Unit. As CEO at Acision, Jörgen led the transformation of its core business to a profitable and industry-relevant position.

Steven Moodie

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Moodie joined Zenterio from NGA Human Resources, where he was the global CFO for their £300m turnover Enterprise Division. For the majority of his career prior to NGA Human Resources he has worked for Ericsson, where he has held a number of senior finance roles in the UK, China and Indonesia. During his last 3.5 years at Ericsson he held the CFO role for Region India.

Margaretha Netz Augustsson

VP of Human Resources

Mrs. Netz-Augustsson has extensive experience within the HR field and has spent 10 years as an executive at Telia, several years as a Project Manager at Eniro and then the last 10 years heading up the HR departments at Alstrom Power Service and Unik Resurs.

Marco Frattolin

VP of Product Management

Mr. Frattolin has worked with digital TV and STBs for more than 15 years. Before he joined Zenterio, he was part of the first IPTV projects in 2001 launched by Telsey and Fastweb. He has also worked for STB manufacturers Pirelli Broadband Solutions and ADB holding different positions such as Technical Leader, Project Manager, Software Architect and STB Development Manager, while working on several digital TV deployments for major European Pay-TV operators.

Board of Directors

The board consists of a variety of entrepreneurs and senior executives as well as professional and experienced investors. The board has a deep knowledge and long experiences from industries such as telecom, TV, banking and law.

Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo

Chairman of the Board

Mr Kallasvuo was CEO (2006- 2010) and a director of Nokia Corporation. Before that he served the Nokia Corporation as COO, CFO, head of the Mobile Phones Division and head of Nokia in the Americas. He is currently the vice chairman of SRV GROUP, a director of Telia-Sonera AB and of the Aperios Group, manager of the Aperios Emerging Connectivity Fund and a director of the Foundation for Economic Education.

Thomas Franzén

Mr Franzén is the former CEO of ComHem, the leading cable TV operator in Sweden. He has also been the CEO of Eniro, Song Networks and AUSystem and has held various positions at Nokia Data and ICL Data. Mr Franzén is currently the CEO of Bonnier.

Niklas Antman

Mr Antman was previously a partner and fund manager at Kairos Partners Group, a London-based hedge fund firm, for 10 years, as well as a fund manager for SEB Investment Management in Stockholm. Mr Antman is currently a partner and investment manager at the investment firm of Incentive AS.

Fredrik Oweson

Mr Oweson is a partner and co-founder of Scope. He previously spent eight years as an investment manager with the Swedish investment holding company Proventus. Mr Oweson is currently a director of Scope Capital, Mijesi AB, Artificial Solutions Holding AB, Woffel SA, Wright Trafikkskole AS and Klättermusen AB.

Johan Ekesiöö

Mr. Ekesiöö has previously been the VP of Cloud Computing and Strategic Growth Initiatives as well as the VP of Enterprise Sales at IBM Nordic. Mr. Ekesiöö is the Chairman of the Board at IBM Svenska, Teknikföretagen and Trivec Kassasystem as well as the vice Chairman for Svenskt Näringsliv. He is a Boardmember for BabyBjörn, TIA Technology and Avega Group.

Christopher Callans

Mr Callans joined investment company Scope Capital Advisory as an Investment Manager in 2013. Before that he worked at Stella Advisors in London, a TMT focused investment bank. Mr Callas holds a Master of Science Degree in Investment Management from Cass Business School in London and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Economics from Uppsala University. Mr Callans has also studied Mergers & Acquisitions at Harvard University.
