Göran Collert, Chairman of the Board
Mr Collert is Honorary Chairman of Swedbank, previously CEO (1989-1995) and Executive Chairman (1995-2003) of Swedbank. Mr Collert is also a member of the board of several unlisted Swedish companies, and was previously on the board of e.g. Boliden and Tornet. Mr Collert holds a degree in Law from the University of Stockholm and a degree in Economics from the University of Lund.
Tomas Franzén
Mr Franzén is the CEO of Com Hem, the leading cable TV operator in Sweden. His background includes being President and CEO of Eniro, CEO of Song Networks, CEO of AU-System. Mr Franzén also held positions at Nokia Data and ICL Data. Mr Franzén is the chairman of OTM Development and a board member of Ovacon. Mr Franzén studied a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management at Linköping University, Sweden.
Bill Andréasson
Mr Andréasson is an attorney-at-law. Since 1985 he is head of Advokatfirman Bill Andréasson, a law firm specialized in Swedish and international tax law. Mr Andréasson is also a board member of Rederi AB Gotland, EF Education AB and Erika Försäkrings AB as well as other Swedish corporations and foundations. Mr Andréasson holds a degree in Law from the University of Lund.
Niklas Antman
Mr Antman launched SEB Europe Flexible Fund in 2010 and is the fund’s co-manager. Mr Antman was a Partner at Kairos Partners in London for 10 years. At Kairos he was a PM for the Kairos Fund as well as responsible for launching and managing the Kairos North European Fund. Mr Antman has a MSc in Financial Economics from Helsinki Swedish School of Economics.
Fredrik Danielsson
Mr Danielsson is a private investor and entrepreneur. Mr Danielsson was Head of telecoms research at Carnegie Investment Bank (1998-2004) and rated best analyst in Sweden for three consecutive years. During 2005 and 2006 Mr Danielsson was a partner of private Equity firm Novator LLP in London. Mr Danielsson has been a board member of several public and private companies, within and outside of Scandinavia.
James A. Jeffs
Mr Jeffs is an Executive Vice President and the Chief Investment Officer of The Whittier Trust Companies of California and of Nevada. Mr Jeffs has held management and securities portfolio analysis positions at Rockwell International and at Trust Company of the West. Mr Jeffs has also been Chief Investment Officer and President of TSA Capital Management, and of Northern Trust of California. Mr Jeffs holds an MBA from the University of Southern California.
Adam Nordin
Mr Nordin has experience from investing across a variety of sectors and is a founding investor of Quench llc which offers bloggers a real-time price comparison for shopping and social network picture tagging, as well as for Nomo Holding, an investment company and consultancy. Mr Nordin has a background in film production, music, marketing, advertising and publishing and is passionate about building a sustainable world.

Heikki Koskinen, Honorary Chairman
Mr Koskinen held top management positions such as CTO and Corporate Vice President in the Nokia Group and was part of the core team that transformed Nokia from a divided conglomerate into the world leader of mobile terminals. Mr Koskinen co-founded Zenterio in 2002.
Dr. Helmut Stein, Senior Advisor
With experience from Bosch-Blaupunkt, Nokia, German Pay-TV operator Premiere and as a board member of European research projects like Eureka 95 (HDTV), PALplus (16:9), Mr Stein was also a founding member of DVB in 1991/1993. Mr Stein holds a Ph.D. in Elementary Particle Physics from the University of Bonn, Germany.
